SC ON RED BEACON:

The Apex Court on December 10, 2013 banned the
use of red beacon light with flashers, pressure horns, multiple sound emitting
horns and musical horns on all vehicles.

But the vehicles of the high dignitaries holding
constitutional post can continue with the red beacons.

The SC also asked the government to make
amendments to the Motor Vehicle Act to make the fine amounts a deterrent.

The court asked the governments to prepare a
fresh list of VIPs within three months who can be permitted to have red
beacons.

AAP MLA Dharmendra Singh Koli booked on the
complaint of a congress leader.

Koli youngest MLA from AAP got elected from
Seemapuri constituency.

The allegation is that he and his men threatened
and molested the wife of congress party leader.
AAP said this is an allegation to malign their party.
