Right to free and
compulsory education is the fundamental right to the children in India. Even after
three years of its implementation the schools are unsafe. The dropout rate is
alarming.
COMMENT:
ΓΌ Lack of drinking water facilities,
absence of toilets and absence of separate toilets for girls are key reasons
out of many for the increasing dropouts.
